The Leopold Hotel Ararat
Great Western is a wine village on the Western Highway, an hour and a half short of the South Australian border. Great Western Enterprises runs the hotel in the middle of it, the café across the road, and the cellar door at Seppelt, then The Leopold Hotel in Ararat further down the highway.
Four venues, four different businesses. A Saturday at the cellar door looks nothing like a Saturday at the pub, and a café’s day is over before a hotel’s dinner service starts. Each one has its own NeoPOS, its own staff, its own rhythm, and until recently the only way to know how any of them was trading was to be standing in it.
HospoView was built in these venues first. The agent went onto the NeoPOS machines, the boards went up in the two hotels, and the group’s member app took HospoView’s loyalty product and put the group’s own name on it. NeoPOS stayed exactly where it was. Nobody on the floor learned a new till.
That is the shape of group HospoView is for: a handful of venues, not all the same kind, run by someone who is in one of them and wants to know about the others.
