Tally Live sales and reporting
Today's takings as they happen, for every venue, on your phone.
Tally is the reason HospoView exists. NeoPOS already knows everything about how the venue is trading. Tally gets that out of the back office and onto your phone, while the day is still happening.
What you see
- Today, as a line. Takings so far, drawn as the day runs, against yesterday and against your six-week average for that day of the week. You can see by lunchtime whether Saturday is a normal Saturday.
- Every venue side by side. Each venue’s takings, the last time it rang a sale, and the group total. Quiet venues stand out because the others don’t.
- What’s selling. Top products, category breakdown, and what sells together, so the specials board and the roster are based on last week rather than a hunch.
- When you’re busy. Hour by hour and day by day, per venue. Useful for rosters, and for arguing with the landlord.
- The days that don’t look right. A day that trades well outside its usual pattern is flagged, so you look at it before the end of the month.
Everything is in the venue’s own local time, which matters when a group crosses a state line.
How fresh it is
The agent reads NeoPOS about once a minute. A sale is on your phone roughly a minute after it’s rung up. If the venue’s internet drops, the agent keeps its place and catches up when the connection is back; nothing is lost and nothing is double-counted.
What it doesn’t do
It doesn’t change anything in NeoPOS. Tally reads with a read-only login. Your end-of-day, your Z reads and your accountant’s export all work exactly as they did before.
Ask it a question
If you’d rather ask than click, Open lets an AI assistant answer questions about your trading in plain English, from the same data.
